Matthew A. Turner
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Turner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth and Ocean Science (Specialization Geology) from the University of British Columbia in 2002. He has been involved in mineral exploration since 1997 and has supervised field work at Rockhaven's wholly owned Plata Project the past two summers. Mr. Turner has managed and participated in numerous exploration projects throughout Western Canada, focusing mainly on precious metal vein, IOCG and diamond deposits.

 
Robert C. Carne M.Sc., P. Geo.
President and Director
Rob Carne is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1974, and a Master of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1979. He has been a geologist with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited since 1977 and was a principal with that firm from 1981 to 2002. He is now an independent geological consultant. Rob has been actively involved in mineral exploration, principally in the Yukon since 1972, and he has authored or co-authored a number of technical papers on Yukon mineral deposits. He has served as a director and officer of numerous public companies on the TSX Venture Exchange since the mid-1980s.

 
Larry Donaldson C.A.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Donaldson is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of accounting, auditing and tax experience. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is the managing partner of a local Chartered Accountancy firm and has extensive experience in public company audits and in accounting and tax planning for mineral exploration-based companies.

 
Marc G. Blythe P.Eng.
Vice-President of Business Development
Mr. Blythe, age 39, has a Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University in Melbourne and a Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree from the Western Australian School of Mines.

Mr. Blythe is currently President, CEO and a Director of Tarsis Resources Ltd. and Vice President, Mining of Almaden Minerals Ltd. He was Corporate Senior Mining Engineer for Placer Dome Inc. based in Vancouver from 2004 until 2006, where he completed internal and external mine evaluation, including advising on potential acquisitions and mining technology implementation.

Whilst working for Auriongold (which was acquired by Placer Dome), Mr. Blythe led the successful completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study on the Raleigh Mine, Kalgoorlie, Australia, which is now in production and owned by Barrick Gold. Mr. Blythe developed a novel mining method which was successfully adopted and the mine has exceeded production forecasts estimated in the Feasibility Study. The mine produces in excess of 100,000 ounces of gold annually.

Prior to this, Mr. Blythe completed the internal Feasibility Study for the Bullant Mine, Kalgoorlie, Australia. Previous studies had indicated that the mine was sub-economic. The mine which was initially scheduled to last just 18 months, has been in continuous production since 2002 and now has a projected mine life of approximately two years. The mine is owned by Barrick Gold and produces approximately 50,000 ounces of gold annually.

Mr. Blythe holds a Western Australian First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency and has managed mines for both Placer Dome and WMC Resources (formerly Western Mining Corporation).

 
Ian J. Talbot, B.Sc., LL.B
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Talbot brings over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry as both a lawyer and an exploration geologist. As a geologist he has worked with both junior and major resource companies. As a lawyer, he has practiced exclusively in the areas of mining and securities law in private practice and as in-house counsel with BHP Billiton World Exploration Inc. Mr. Talbot is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Arcus Development Group Inc., a TSX-Venture Exchange company operating in Mexico.

 
Randy C. Turner, B.Sc., P.Geo.

Randy Turner is a professional geologist with over thirty-eight years of experience in Canadian mineral exploration, business and financing. Mr. Turner's notable career achievements include guiding Winspear Diamonds Inc. from the discovery of the Snap Lake diamond deposit in northern Canada through to its sale to De Beers Mining for C$305 million, and prior to that, as president of Trimin Resources Ltd. he was involved in the development and sale of the McIlvenna Bay copper/zinc deposit in Saskatchewan.

 
Bruce Youngman, B.Sc.
Director
Bruce Youngman has thirty years of experience in the minerals industry. From 2008 to 2010, he was President and COO of Canplats Resources Corporation, during which time the 4 million ounce Camino Rojo deposit in Mexico was outlined and the company acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for $300 million. Mr. Youngman previously held senior positions with Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd., including President, Vice-President and Director, and was closely involved in the acquisition and expansion of the Pebble Gold-Copper Porphyry Project in Alaska. Mr. Youngman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia. He is currently Chairman and Director of Strategic Metals Ltd. and Silver Range Resources Ltd, and a Director of ATAC Resources Ltd.

 
Glenn R. Yeadon B.Comm., LLB.
Secretary/Director
Glenn Yeadon is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the field of securities law. He has been a partner with Tupper Jonsson & Yeadon or an associate of the firm (through a personal law corporation controlled by him) from 1983 to present. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1975 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1976.

 
R. Allan Doherty P. Geol.

Mr. Doherty is a Professional Geoscientist who has worked in the Yukon as a consulting exploration geologist for over 25 years. He has been a principal of Aurum Geological Consultants Inc. since 1985.

Director
Mr. Skoglund has been a self-employed businessman in Kelowna since 1970, and has extensive experience in real estate (commercial development and leasing, and residential development).

 
James M. Stephen

Jim Stephen is a self-employed businessman who has actively been involved in mineral exploration since the early 1970s. He was founder, director and president of several junior mining companies over the past two decades, including Big Creek Resources Ltd. (now Great Basin Gold Ltd.), All-North Resources Ltd., Strategic Metals Ltd. and others.
