Mr. Dinning is a Chartered Accountant, and a lifetime member of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants having qualified with the firm of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co, now known as KPMG. In 1976, with a background in corporate services including finance, accounting systems and general corporate management, Mr. Dinning became a self employed management or business consultant specializing in general corporate management, accounting systems and filing requirements for public companies in the mining, high tech, and forestry industries. Mr. Dinning is currently an officer and director of four other publicly trading mineral exploration companies.
