The Klaza Report was prepared by A.A. Ross, Ph.D., P.Geo., of AMC Mining Consultants (Canada) Ltd., C.J. Martin, C.Eng., of Blue Coast Metallurgy Ltd., and M.R. Dumala, P.Eng. of Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited, all of whom are independent qualified persons as defined in National Instrument 43-101.
